A fierce fundraising competition for ambitious, philanthropic leaders
Are you a leader of change who stands up for what you believe in?
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada’s Man & Woman of the Year is an intense 10-week philanthropic competition between top leaders in communities across Canada.
As a candidate, you’ll fundraise relentlessly and fearlessly, supported by your networks and tools from LLSC staff. You’ll be inspired by Honoured Heroes—local children who have experienced blood cancers. And as you raise critical funds for blood cancer research and services, you’ll stand out as a true ally to all who face a blood cancer diagnosis.
The man and woman who raise the most funds in the country will be titled the National Man and Woman of the Year. These exceptional individuals will be recognized and celebrated across the country for their incredible contribution toward the blood cancer community.
Last year’s Man & Woman of the Year challenge raised more than $1 million, with both national winners contributing over $100,000 each!
